New lease contract in Sandvika

Entra has signed a new lease contract with av the District Court of Asker and and Bærum for 3,400 sqm in Malmskriverveien 2 and 4 in Sandvika outside Oslo. The new lease contract has a duration of 20 years starting in 2025. The District court of Asker and and Bærum is currently located in temporary premises at Entra's property Kjørbo in Sandvika.
