Stavanger, Norway, 23 November 2023

Please find attached the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting of

Huddlestock Fintech AS. The meeting was held today at 10:00 CEST at via Teams.

Following a proposal from a shareholder at the meeting, it was decided to adjust

the subscription interval in the proposed share proxy to NOK 1,20 - 12,00. All

items on the agenda were approved by the General Meeting as proposed by the

Board of Directors.
