Circa Group AS: Primary insider notice - Allocation of share options
OSLO, NORWAY – 24 November 2023. Circa Group AS (the “Company”) have in accordance with the Company’s Long Term Incentive (LTI) program, allocated 100,000 share options in the Company with a strike price of NOK 4.12,- pr share to Mr. Alessandro Napoli, VP Product Development and a Primary Insider in the Company.
