BEWI ASA has today, Monday 4 December 2023, sold 28 807 359 shares in KMC Properties, corresponding to 7.37 per cent of the total number of shares in KMC Properties and thereby fall below the 5 per cent threshold. Following the sale, BEWI ASA does not own any shares in KMC Properties.
