10.29 per share in accordance with outstanding employee stock option programmes

from 2019. Please refer to notification on 17 December 2019.

Itera ASA has used 260,000 of its own shares to cover this redemption of stock

options. After this transaction, Itera ASA has 695,559 own shares.
