Two extraordinary general meetings in Q-Free ASA were held on 11 December 2023.  

  

All proposals on the agendas were adopted in accordance with the proposals from  

the board of directors, inter alia including an application for delisting of the  

company's shares from Oslo Børs and changes to the board of directors.
