Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") on 13 November 2023 regarding the successful completion of a private placement and the announcement on the 23 November 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held in the Company on the same date in which the private placement was approved.
The issuance of 14,583,333 new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") (Nw: Foretaksregisteret). Following registration of the share capital increase, Huddlestock's share capital is NOK 350,504.3431 divided into NOK 184,477,549 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.0019
In addition, 7,291,667 warrants with a strike price of NOK 1.80 have been registered with the NRBE.
