Huddlestock appoints Morten Bernhardsen as new Group Chief Financial Officer

Huddlestock Fintech AS (OSE: HUDL), today announce that Morten Bernhardsen is

appointed as the Group's new Chief Financial Officer. Bernhardsen will take on

the new role as of January 2, 2024

Huddlestock Fintech AS (OSE: HUDL), today announce that Morten Bernhardsen is

appointed as the Group's new Chief Financial Officer. Bernhardsen will take on

the new role as of January 2, 2024.

Bernhardsen is currently holding a position as CFO at Midelfart Capital AS and

Pescara AS. Before his current position, he has extensive experience from the

financial services sector and international, listed companies. He started his

career at Gjensidige and has since held central positions with Sector Asset

Management, Bulk Infrastructure Group and Navamedic.

Group CFO. He has extensive experience from management positions at listed

growth companies and the financial services sector, which is highly relevant for
