Aktiv Revisjon og Regnskap AS becomes part of ECIT

ECIT AS hereby announce that Aktiv Revisjon og Regnskap AS has become a part of ECIT.

• The acquisition strengthens ECIT's presence within F&A in Harstad and Tønsberg, Norway. We are pleased to welcome customers and employees of Aktiv Revisjon og Regnskap to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.

ECIT is acquiring 100 % of the shares in Aktiv Revisjon og Regnskap AS. The seller will continue as employee in Aktiv Revisjon og Regnskap AS. The acquisition has been settled partly through cash, partly with (indirect) shares in the ECIT subsidiary Intunor Services AS, and partly with treasury shares. After the transaction, ECIT AS' stock of treasury shares is 1,097,125, corresponding to 0.242 % of the company`s total registered share capital.
