BIOFISH HOLDING AS: MR. OLE FREDRIK SKULSTAD, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF IT´S WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY BIOFISH AS, STEPS DOWN

Mr. Ole Fredrik Skulstad, Managing Director of the wholly owned subsidiary Biofish AS, has decided to step down. The Board of Directors of BioFish would like to thank Mr. Skulstad for his valuable contribution as Managing Director for Biofish AS and his considerable efforts to bring the RAS-facility at Ljones to its current state.
