Asetek A/S - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Asetek A/S from trading on Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has on 20 December 2023 made the following resolution: "The shares in Asetek A/S will be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange from the 27th of March 2024. The last day of listing will be 26th of March 2024."
