Kongsberg Automotive wins contract extension worth over EUR 30 million in estimated lifetime revenue

Zurich, December 22, 2023: Kongsberg Automotive's (KA) Flow Control Systems

(FCS) business unit has won a three-year contract extension worth over EUR 30

million in estimated lifetime revenue.

The long-term agreement extension is for FCS Couplings' compressed air systems.

KA's state-of-the-art engineered air brake systems, Raufoss Couplings® and

Raufoss ABCT System are designed to meet individual specifications and

requirements of the commercial vehicle OEM. In addition to offering KA's

customers the optimal system performance, Raufoss ABC system enables an

efficient vehicle assembly process.

KA's plants in Raufoss, Norway and Cluses, France will produce and supply the

product for a commercial vehicle OEM based in Europe.

"This contract extension is confirmation by the OEM that the KA Couplings

system's key pillars- sustainability, efficiency, and safety, are top priorities

also for current and next generation medium-duty (MD) and heavy-duty (HD)
