LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility") on 6 December 2023 regarding the share capital increase in connection with LINK Mobility's employee share purchase program ("ESPP").

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of LINK Mobility is NOK 1,485,296.355 divided into 297,059,271 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
