Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Norske Skog ASA (“Norske Skog”, Oslo Børs ticker: NSKOG) has been notified that the following transaction has been completed today, 29 December 2023, by primary insiders in Norske Skog.

Investor AS, a company controlled by and a close associate of primary insider Geir Drangsland (Chief Executive Officer of Norske Skog), has purchased 27,500 shares from Geir Drangsland for an average price of NOK 41.40 per share. After the transaction, Geir Drangsland controls 22,274,079 shares in Norske Skog, unchanged from the amount controlled prior to the transaction.
