Oslo, Norway, 3 January 2024

Zalaris ASA has on 3 January completed the annual share purchase program for employees. As part of the program, Zalaris has sold 24,511 own shares to employees at an average subscription price of NOK 32.20 per share. The subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average share price in the period between 29 November – 07 December 2023, less 15% or 20% discount (depending on the country of residence). To receive the discount the shares have a 24 months lock-up period.
