Renewed lease contract for 8,600 sqm in Bergen

Entra has renewed a lease contract with the Norwegian Tax Authorities for 8,600

in Nonnesetergaten 4 in Bergen. The lease contract has a duration of 10.5 years,

starting from Q1 2025. Consequently, Entra will start a refurbishment project in

Nonnesetergaten 4 and the Norwegian Tax Authorities will temporarily move to

7,000 sqm in Entra's property in Kaigaten 9 in Bergen in the period from Q1 2024

to Q1 2025.
