Kongsberg Automotive appoints new Executive Vice President, Information Systems & Technology

Zurich, Jan 9, 2024: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has appointed Henrik Ruud as the

Executive Vice President (EVP) for Information Systems & Technology (IS&T),

effective Jan 1, 2024.

Ruud joined KA in 1996 and has, since March 2023, served as KA's interim EVP for

IS&T.

IS&T," says Linda Nyquist-Evenrud, KA's interim President & CEO, adding, "Having

served as interim EVP IS&T for the past nine months, this permanent appointment

reflects Ruud's commitment and valuable contributions to KA. I am confident he

will drive KA's global IS&T agenda forward and focus on steering the company's

digitalization journey."

Before transitioning to IS&T, Ruud held various positions within Finance at KA,

both in Sweden and the United Kingdom. With this appointment, Ruud joins KA's

Global Leadership Team and will continue to be based in Kongsberg, Norway.
