Oslo, 9 January 2024: Reference is made to the stock announcement 3 January 2024, related to Scatec’s share-based incentive programme for leading employees.

Scatec corrects the following:

• Total share options granted: 1,515,886

• Share options granted to primary insider Ann-Mari Lillejord, EVP Latin America & Europe: 34,086
