Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddlestock

Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") on 22 December 2023 regarding the

share capital increase by debt conversion, in which the board resolved to issue

6,162,076 new shares with a total subscription amount of NOK 13,561,755.80,

based on an authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting held 23

November 2023.

The issuance of 6,162,076 new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).

Following registration of the share capital increase, Huddlestock's share

capital is NOK 362,215.2875 divided into 190,639,625 shares, each with a par

value of NOK 0.0019.
