Mandatory Notification of Trades - Technical Director Buys Shares in Panoro Energy ASA

Oslo, 15 January 2024 - Richard Morton, Technical Director of Panoro Energy ASA

(the "Company") on 12 January 2024 has acquired 20,000 shares in the Company on

open market at a price per share of NOK 26.6654. Following this transaction, Mr.

Morton directly and indirectly controls 352,716 shares in the Company. In

addition to this, Mr. Morton holds 154,386 unvested Restricted Share Units in

the Company.
