Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") regrets to inform that

board member Kristian P. Olesen has passed away at age 75.

Olesen Consult Hvac AS is the company's largest shareholder, and Kristian, as

inventor and co-founder, played a key role in establishing Desert Control. Our

thoughts are now with the family, says Chief Executive Officer Ole Kristian

Sivertsen.

The remaining board members will continue their term as elected until the annual

general meeting in 2024, at which time the board composition will be dealt with

in line with previous practice.
