Astrocast SA - Annual general meeting held
Astrocast SA held its annual general meeting on 15 January 2023 at 3:00 pm (CEST).
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the annual general meeting dated 22 December 2023, as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto.
