KMC Properties ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 11 January 2024 regarding BEWI Invest AS’ sale of 18 000 000 shares in KMC Properties ASA to Corvus Estate AS at a price of NOK 6.35 per share, which was notified to be completed within 7 business days (the “Corvus Transaction”).

BEWI Invest AS is a close associate of chair and primary insider of KMC Properties ASA Bjørnar André Ulstein.

The Corvus Transaction has today been completed. Following completion of the Corvus Transaction, BEWI Invest AS will directly and indirectly control 151 020 955 shares in KMC Properties ASA, representing 38,32 %.
