REC Silicon ASA (REC Silicon) will release its Q4 2023 results on Thursday,

February 8, 2024, at 7:00 a.m. (CET).

The same day at 8:00 a.m. (CET), the company will host a presentation of the

results at Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse (Høyres Hus), Stortingsgata 20,

Oslo, Norway.

Following the presentation, it will be opened for questions from the audience.

The presentation and the following Q&A session will be in English.
