Elkem ASA - Base prospectus approved

Reference is made to stock exchange notification 24 August 2023 regarding the

issue of senior unsecured green NOK bonds.

Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has on 29 January

2024 approved the base prospectus with attachments prepared by Elkem ASA in

connection with the listing on Oslo Børs for:

· ISIN NO0013005306 - NOK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured green bond issue FRN

2023/2028

· ISIN NO0013007401 - NOK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured green bond 5.75%

2023/2028
