Eqva – Exercise of share options in incentive program and grant of shares

Option holders in Eqva ASA's (the “Company”) share option program have on 01.02.2024 exercised 66,666 share options at an exercise price of 3.01 per share:

- Anne Bruun Olsen, Board Member, has vested 33,333 share options. Following the grant, Bruun Olsen holds a total of 33,333 shares and 66,667 share options in the Company.

- Ellen Hanetho, Board Member, has vested 33,333 share options. Following the grant, Hanetho holds a total of 33,333 shares and 66,667 share options in the Company.

Daniel Molvik, Head of Strategy and Business Development, has on 01.02.2024 been granted 49,342 shares at a price of 3.04 per share. Following the grant, Daniel Molvik holds 49,342 shares in the Company.

The exercised options and granted shares were settled by the Company via transfers of treasury shares which the Company has bought in the market under the repurchase program. Following the transfers, the Company holds 483,963 treasury shares.
