Envipco strengthens corporate management

Amersfoort, 6 February 2024 – Envipco Holding N.V. (“The Company” or “Envipco”) (OSE: ENVIP, AES: ENVI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mikael Clement as its Chief Strategy and IR Officer (CSO). The CSO role is new to Envipco and strengthens the Company’s corporate management. Mikael Clement will be an integrated part of the Company’s Executive Management Team.

Mikael Clement will be responsible for shaping and defining the corporate and financial strategy of Envipco in addition to developing and leading the investor relations (IR) strategy and efforts of the Company. He will report directly to CEO Simon Bolton.

Mikael Clement is a senior financial executive who brings nearly three decades of experience to the Company. He has extensive experience from investment banking and investment management as an analyst and financial and strategic advisor. Before joining Envipco Mikael Clement was CFO of Xplora Technologies, successfully managing the company through rapid organic and inorganic growth and funding from early development through listing on Euronext Growth Oslo while jointly leading the company’s IR activities. Mikael holds a BBA in Finance (Siviløkonom) and BA with honors from Pacific Lutheran University, USA.
