Hunter Group ASA - New share capital registered on a temporary unlisted ISIN, pending prospectus approval

Oslo, 6 February 2024

Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") refers to the private placement announced on 10

January 2024 of 70,857,143 new shares (the "New Shares"), at a subscription

price of NOK 1.75, raising gross proceeds of approximately USD 12 million (the

"Private Placement"). The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of

the New Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK

4,357,411 (rounded), divided into 113,958,577 shares, each with a nominal value

of NOK 0.038 (rounded). The New Shares will be recorded on a temporary ISIN

pending approval of a prospectus by the Financial Supervisory Authority of

Norway (Finanstilsynet) and will NOT be listed or tradable on Oslo Euronext

Expand until the prospectus has been published.
