The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has proposed the distribution of a cash dividend, to be resolved by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 21 February 2024.

Dividend amount: USD 0.225 per share

Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK

Last day including right: 21 February 2024

Ex-date: 22 February 2024

Record date: 23 February 2024

Payment date: on or about 1 March 2024

Date of approval: 21 February 2024

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
