Sparebanken Møre – Initiate share buyback program

Sparebanken Møre has decided to initiate an Equity Certificate buyback program. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the General Meeting on 29th March 2023 and FSA approval dated 15th June 2023 to acquire own Equity Certificates. The buyback program will commence on 12th February 2024 and continue until 29th February 2023. The buyback program will have a maximum consideration of NOK 4 million and for a maximum of 40.000 Equity Certificates. Buyback transactions will be executed according to the market price on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange. Equity Certificates purchased under this program will be used in connection with the Bank’s employee remuneration program.
