Beerenberg gains renewed trust with sizeable service contract. 

Bergen, February 12th, 2024: Beerenberg has signed a new (1) sizeable three-year service contract with a global multi-energy company (nondisclosed client).

In effect, the new contract extends an existing client relationship, where Beerenberg will continue delivering its core ISS and maintenance services at an oil field in the North Sea.

The contract is worth between NOK 50 and NOK 100 million with planned commencement February 26th, 2024. Additionally, the contract has three options of one year each, with a potential total duration of six years.

(1) A sizeable contract is defined to be between NOK 50 million and NOK 100 million.

(2) A substantial contract is between NOK 100 million and NOK 200 million.

(3) A large contract is over NOK 2000 million.
