Biofish Holding AS – Term sheet for revolving credit facility received
Biofish Holding AS (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has received a term sheet for a new revolving credit facility of NOK 33 million and an extension of the duration of its existing loan (NOK 51 million) until 31 January 2027.
The final documentation and commercial terms are still subject to negotiation. However, the Company expects to finalize the refinancing process within the next 3-4 weeks.
