MAGNORA ASA: Mandatory Notification of Voting Rights - Extraordinary General Meeting

In connection with the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 19 February 2024, chairman of the board of directors, Torstein Sanness, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 15,740,107 shares and votes, equal to 24% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the extraordinary general meeting. In addition, Mr. Sanness controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 629,442 shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr. Sanness controls 16,369,549 shares and votes, equal to 24.5%, at the extraordinary general meeting.
