Oslo, Norway, 15 February 2024: The following primary insider has today

purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"):

· Jeshol AS, a company closely related to the board member Benedicte Fossum,

acquired 40,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 9.40 and will,

following the transaction hold 80 000 shares in the Company. In addition,

Benedicte Fossum holds 5,241 shares in the Company. Benedicte H. Fossum also

holds 100,103 shares in the Company through Mittas AS which is a company closely

related to Benedicte H. Fossum. In aggregate the parties hold together 185 344

shares in the Company.

· Chief Compliance and Organization Officer Ingrid Bjørdal acquired 30,000

shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 9.40 and will, following the

transaction hold 110,000 shares in the Company. Ingrid Bjørdal also holds

600,000 warrants.
