As announced 4 January 2024 and 9 February 2024 KONGSBERG has mandated DNB to purchase MNOK 10.0 of treasury shares on behalf of KONGSBERG related to a long-term incentive (LTI) plan for management. The stock exchange notice dated 4 January 2024 stated that the shares were to be purchased between 9 February and 15 February 2024. The share buy-back under this programme is now completed.
