Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q4 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 19 February 2024: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will

be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.136 per share for the fourth quarter of 2023, as

of today, 19 February.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 13 February, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.136 per share, 2 835

917 495 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q4 2023. The dividend

will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange

rate published by Norges Bank 12 February 2024 approximately at 1600hrs CET.
