KMC Properties ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on 16 January 2024 regarding the exercise notice received from Nordika Blue AB ("Nordika") by which Nordika, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Flugfiskaren AB, exercised its call option to subscribe for new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 5.75 per share, for a total amount of NOK 130,000,002.

Further, reference is made to the announcement on 17 January 2024, whereby the Company announced that the board of directors had resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 4,521,739.20 by the issuance of 22,608,696 new shares.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 83,347,655.20, divided into 416,738,276 shares, each with a nominal value of 0.20.
