Oslo, 19 February 2024: PetroNor E&P ASA (OSE ticker: "PNOR") will announce its results for the fourth quarter of 2023 on Wednesday 21 February 2024.

The interim report and the presentation material will be published on www.newsweb.no and on the company's web site www.petronorep.com at around 06:30 CET.

At 09:00 CET on the same day, interim CEO Jens Pace will present the results in a webcast.
