Completed purchases under share-based bonus program and mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made 13 February 2024

regarding share purchase by DNB on behalf of 440 employees of OKEA ASA (the

"Company", or "OKEA", ticker: "OKEA"). With today's purchase, the collective

share purchase for an aggregate amount of up to NOK 27,890,842 is completed.

In total, 1,217,713 shares have been purchased on behalf of employees in OKEA at

an average purchase price of NOK 22.9043 per share.

As part of the program, primary insiders in OKEA purchased 95,361 shares at an

average purchase price of NOK 22.9043 per share.

Copies of notification of each of the persons discharging managerial

responsibilities ("PDMRs") for their respective participation in the purchase

are attached hereto.
