This notice updates the key information relating to the proposed cash dividend published by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 7 February 2024. The Company's general meeting has resolved to pay a cash dividend, the key information regarding this dividend is as follows:

Dividend amount: USD 0.225 per share

Dividend distribution: in NOK at 2.3628375 per share

Last day including right: 21 February 2024

Ex-date: 22 February 2024

Record date: 23 February 2024

Payment date: on or about 1 March 2024

Date of approval: 21 February 2024

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
