EAM Solar ASA: Postponement of Q4 report due to legal proceedings

The publication of the 4th quarter 2023 is postponed from Friday the 1st of March to Wednesday the 6th of March due to the fact that the Arbitration Court of Milan has informed that the deadline for a decision in the arbitration proceedings is set to the 1st of March.
The postponement is in order to ensure that any decision by the Milan Arbitration Court is reflected in the quarterly report.
