KMC Properties ASA – Disclosure of large shareholding
M2 Asset Management AB has today, 27 February 2024, acquired 1,000,000 shares in KMC Properties ASA and has consequently passed the 10 % threshold. Following the acquisition, M2 Asset Management AB owns 42,617,422 shares in KMC Properties ASA, corresponding to approximately 10.2 % of the total number of shares and voting rights.
