Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28 February 2024
With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 31 January 2024, and the notice and agenda documents for the extraordinary General Meeting on 28 February 2024.
The meeting was held, and all items were approved in line with the proposed resolutions. The minutes from the General Meeting are attached. The minutes are also available from www.sbm.no.
