(Reminder) Invitation to Kongsberg Automotive's Q4 2023 Earnings call

Zurich, March 4, 2024: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) will release its Q4 results and Annual Report for 2023 on March 12, 2024, at 07:00 CET. President & CEO Linda Nyquist-Evenrud and CFO Frank Heffter will present the results during a webcast at 09:00 CET and will host a Q&A session after the presentation.

The webcast will be an extended session where the following topics will be covered.

·Financial performance for Q4 2023 and full year 2023

·Market outlook and financial guidance for 2024

·Progress on the cost optimization program

·The upcoming refinancing of KA's outstanding bond notes and RCF

The company announced in connection with the Q3 results, November 7, 2023, that there will be held a Capital Markets Day in Q1 2024. Due to the extended upcoming Q4 webcast, the Capital Markets Day, which will cover both KA's operational and financial Long-Range Plan, will be held May 13, 2024. This is five days after KA will release its Q1 results. KA will revert with time and venue for the Capital Markets Day in due course.
