OKEA ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

(Trondheim, 5 March 2024) OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA): BCPR Pte. Ltd (a closely related party to Chaiwat Kovavisarach, chairman of the board of directors in OKEA), has today purchased a total of 14,279 shares at an average price of NOK 23.8929 per share. Following the sale, BCPR Pte. Ltd holds 47,232,377 shares in OKEA.
