Argeo: Information regarding extraordinary general meeting

Asker, 6 March 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Argeo AS (the "Company" or "Argeo") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) on 1 March 2024 regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of the Company to be held on 15 March 2024.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company would like to remind its shareholder of the following in relation to the EGM:

- Only shareholders holding shares on 8 March 2024 will be able to attend the meeting and cast their vote.

- Shareholders holding shares through a nominee account (Nw.: forvalterregistrerte aksjer) must submit a notification of attendance at the latest on 13 March 2024 to the contact person set out in the EGM notice.
