OKEA ASA - Mandatory notification of trade
(Trondheim, 11 March 2024) OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA): BCPR Pte. Ltd (a closely
related party to Chaiwat Kovavisarach, chairman of the board of directors in
OKEA), has today purchased a total of 15,000 shares at an average price of NOK
25.2987 per share. Following the purchase, BCPR Pte. Ltd holds 47,277,377 shares
in OKEA.
