On 12 March 2024, Yttreeide AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Morten André Yttreeide, purchased 30,000 B-shares in ECIT AS at a price of NOK 6.6193 per share.

After the transaction, Morten André Yttreeide's total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 380,000 shares and 266,000 Warrants.
