MPCC: Mandatory Notifications of Trade - Intra-group consolidation of shareholding

MPC Container Ships ASA has been notified of the following transactions by

primary insiders and Member of the Board of Directors, whereby MPC CSI GmbH

consolidates and increases its shareholding in MPC Container Ships:

Dr. Axel Schroeder, primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, has

sold 2,299,706 shares at a price of NOK 13.64 per share.

Elbrock GmbH, a company closely associated with Dr. Axel Schroeder sold 171,404

shares at a price of NOK 13.64 per share.

Ulf Holländer, primary insider and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has sold

165,637 shares at a price of NOK 13.64 per share.

MPC CSI GmbH, associated party and closely associated persons of, among others,

members of the Board of Directors of MPCC, has bought 3,692,181 shares in MPC

Container Ships ASA at a price of NOK 13.64 per share. Following the

transaction, MPC CSI GmbH will hold a total of 73,994,977 shares representing

16.68% of the share capital and voting rights in MPCC.
