Exercise of employee share options

Employees of Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has on 15 March exercised 125,400 employee share options. Each share option gives the right to buy one share. The gain from the options were paid in cash. Please refer to the latest annual report for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.
The following primary insiders of Zalaris have exercised share options:
